The manufacturers, importers and wholesalers of medicinal products or medical devices and the healthcare professionals can ask the Visa office advice about the question if a benefit, an advantage, an event, or more generally, an action or deed, is compatible with the stipulations of the Code of Ethics of Mdeon and this before offering, organizing, realizing or accepting the preceding.
This advice however cannot be asked with regard to scientific events who are subject to the visa procedure.
The procedure of advice is being charged: 280 EUR excl. VAT, excepted for complex dossiers. For these latter, please contact the director of Mdeon in order to receive an offer.
