Maximum amount meals

The Mdeon Visa Office changes its caselaw concerning the maximum amount applicable to the dinners.

For the dinners offered as of January 1st, 2015, a maximum amount of 80 EUR per person will be applied.

Reminder: this amount includes VAT, drinks and location of the room if any.

The maximum amount of 40 EUR applicable to lunches remains unchanged.

Warning: those amounts are applicable to meals offered in the frame of scientific events during several days which are subject to the visa obligation. For the meals offered in the frame of scientific events not subject to the visa obligation, I call your attention to the fact that the DG Inspection of the F.A.M.H.P. applies an amount of 20 EUR per complete hour of scientific activities (still with a maximum of 40 EUR per lunch and 80 EUR per dinner).
