Since a few months, it is necessary to attach to your V1 visa applications some justificatives, as printscreen.
We noticed that in some specific situations companies have difficulties to obtain this printscreen, reason why we communicate you hereunder some alternatives:
1) Justificatif concerning the cost and the class of the flight ticket: companies working with a travel agency have difficulties to obtain a printscreen, a fortiori for group tickets. For those companies that book their flight tickets via a travel agency, we have therefore provided a sworn statement to be completed by the travel agency (see rubric Publications -> Caselaw of our website). After completing the statement, the agency must affix a handwritten signature and its stamp, then convert the document to PDF and send it to you by email. Note that this sworn statement only applies to plane tickets booked through travel agency. If you book a ticket yourself, thank you to continue working with the printscreen.
2) Justificatif detailing what is included in the registration fee: for scientific events organised by healthcare professionals, it is necessary to attach a printscreen of the congress website, detailing what is included in the registration fee (even if your company doesn’t offer the registration). For congresses that do not provide this information on its website, we have provided a sworn statement to be completed by the organiser of the congress (see rubric Publications -> Caselaw of our website). After completing the statement, the organiser must affix a handwritten signature and his stamp, then convert the document to PDF and send it to you by email. Let’s remind you that this justificatif is not necessary for scientific events organised by the industry.
